UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using modern design tools.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and feasibility.

• Maintain and improve design systems, ensuring a cohesive visual identity.

• Continuously iterate designs based on feedback and performance data.

• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

• Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and development standards.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.

• Experience in prototyping, user testing, and interpreting analytics.

• Excellent visual design and typography skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
